I am a third generation Real Estate Broker. Working full time in Real Estate since 1989. I have closed over 1000 real estate transactions. I am experienced in all facets of real estate sales including investment properties, new homes, land, subdivision procedures, commercial development, short sales, bank owned properties and finance. I have worked for top brokerages such as Lyon & Associates, Re/Max and I have owned and operated my own brokerage and property management companies for 16 years. My production over the years has consistently placed me in the top tier of all Sacramento/Placer County Realtors. I am now a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Sun Ridge Real Estate. Customer Service is my number one priority and I constantly look for ways to improve my clients real estate experience.
